Great machine
We will moving towards this machine from Data Financial. Our first test proved it to be a reliable and able to handle double shifts daily for the past month. SB-2500
This machine has changed the way we process our money. Now when we have a business deposit we can run the money in front of the customer prior to them leaving the branch. We sort the money later using the same machine. This has already caught discrepancies that were concerning both us and one of our customers. This machine should be at every financial institution

Nice
I waited 10 months before writing this review. I actually came to buy another machine for a different office but figured there might be people out there like I was when i first bought this machine. You wonder who is Data Financial and Semacon, well I have no complaints, my one call to them for paper for the journal tape option was greeted with a great attitude actually asked me how I liked the machine and if I had any issues what so ever. All I can say is the machine works as good as the day I received it. And Data Financial has been attentive and friendly and has earned my business and my thanks!

This machine works exactly like they said it would. Seems really well built too. I have no complaints and would buy this model again.

Happy we made a good purchase
Did the math, we used to hand count everything. We would have one person count the money and then another recount it, the second person verifying would count it again because they wanted to be sure before passing the money onto a customer. Now we have one person count it, run it through the machine, print a breakdown, and give it to the customer. The whole process saves about 2 minutes per transaction, with 100% accuracy. 200 transactions per day means this saves 7+ hours of time per day between 2 employees. And they are happier not having to proof count for anyone. Now everyone counts themselves and has a journal tape verification.

Good counter
This machine is fantastic. We replaced our less than 6 month old cheap machine. This machine is fantastic, its heavy duty and weighs a lot (maybe 30 pounds) but is built well. You get what you pay for.

Right Choice
We tried it for 6 weeks and have now decided that this is the one we will be buying for all of our offices. Thanks Data Financial for assisting in making a good choice for our operations.

Heavy duty
Seems like it is built well. Price was a lot better here than any other place and they had it is stock as well. Been running it for a few months and works great. We spray it with canned air every Friday to keep it clean though it doesn't really seem to get dirty like out old counter did. We will buy this as other offices have a need, it passed out test.

great service
They take care of any issues, one machine needed a software update and they overnight-ed it to me--simple download. That's what concerned me but now I feel very confident, if you're on the bubble I say go for it they do right by you in my opinion. Only knock is this technology is still pricey, Date Financial was the cheapest and probably because they are the biggest distributor. They referred me to them.
